Job summary

Central London Community Healthcare NHS Trust is seeking a Senior Programme Manager to lead the Proactive Care Service across South and West Hertfordshire. The role focuses on mobilisation, governance and delivery, with oversight of recruitment, IM&T, and reporting to senior leaders within the partnership.

The post is a 10-month fixed-term maternity cover from January 2027 to November 2027, reporting to the Deputy Director of Operations and collaborating across CLCH and partner organisations.

Qualifications

• Experience of managing complex programmes in a health or social care setting.
• Strong understanding of how community services operate and engage multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to communicate progress to senior leads within a Health and Care partnership.

• Lead mobilisation, oversight and delivery of the Proactive Care Service across South and West Hertfordshire.
• Coordinate recruitment and workforce mobilisation and establish IM&T and reporting arrangements.
