Job summary

CLCH Hertfordshire Adult Community Services is recruiting a Senior Programme Manager on a 10-month fixed-term contract to cover maternity leave from January 2027 to November 2027. You will lead the mobilisation and delivery of the Proactive Care service, coordinating recruitment, IM&T, reporting and governance across South and West Hertfordshire.

You will work with senior leads, transformation colleagues and partner organisations to move from reactive to proactive care, shaping neighbourhood

Qualifications

• Educated to degree level or equivalent professional qualification.
• Prince 2 Practitioner or equivalent.
• Experience managing complex programmes in the public sector environment.
• Experience leading transformational change programmes.
• Ability to work with clinicians and managers across organisational boundaries.
• Able to write clear and concise reports and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Lead mobilisation, oversight and delivery of the Proactive Care service in South/West Hertfordshire.
• Coordinate recruitment and workforce mobilisation.
• Establish IM&T and reporting arrangements.
• Develop pathway documentation and establish governance processes.
• Engage with senior leads and partner organisations across CLCH and system.
