Job summary

NHS Central East ICB is seeking an experienced Senior Programme Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of complex programmes across our Strategy, Planning and Evaluation Directorate. You will translate strategic priorities into actionable delivery plans, manage budgets and stakeholders, and drive outcomes that improve patient care.

• Strong programme and project management skills.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement across organisational boundaries.
• Ability to develop delivery plans and measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex projects and programmes, ensuring objectives, timescales and budgets are met.
• Develop and maintain robust plans, milestones, registers, risk management and governance.
• Support planning, resource scheduling and delivery of analytical commissions.
• Monitor performance, risks and dependencies to keep delivery on track.
• Build relationships with clinical, operational, commissioning, technical teams and system partners.
• Manage resources and budgets to ensure value for money.
• Use data and insights to support decision-making and innovation.
• Provide reporting and assurance to senior leaders on progress against milestones and KPIs.
