Job summary

ICF in London is seeking a Project Manager to support mobilisation and delivery of complex consulting programmes across UK & India divisions. You will coordinate multidisciplinary, geographically distributed teams, maintain governance and reporting, and drive continuous improvement while upholding budget and stakeholder expectations.

You will lead programme mobilisation, planning and delivery across education, health, environment and public policy workstreams, ensuring timely progress, risk

Qualifications

• Relevant degree, professional qualification or equivalent experience.
• Experience managing complex projects in consulting or public sector.
• Experience with mobilisation, governance, risk, and project controls.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting and cost-monitoring skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Proficient with MS 365 tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams, SharePoint).

Responsibilities

• Mobilise new programmes, translating contracts into delivery plans and milestones.
• Develop integrated workplans and decision logs.
• Onboard team members and subcontractors with clear roles.
• Manage day-to-day delivery across projects and teams.
• Track milestones, risks, and actions; report to clients.
• Coordinate governance meetings and documents.
• Support budgeting, forecasting and supplier management.
• Maintain documentation and audit-ready records.
