Gleeds is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead a major healthcare transformation programme at Airedale Hospital, Leeds. The role requires strong post-qualification project and programme management experience, including NEC contracts administration, and the ability to drive value, quality and risk management across the project team.

Hybrid working is offered with a minimum of three days per week on-site at the Securing the Future Programme Office.

Formación

• Post-qualification project/programme management experience.
• Experience delivering healthcare projects with NEC contracts.
• Understanding of building contracts legislation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Methodical approach to work.

Responsabilidades

• Support Business Unit Directors in delivering objectives.
• Engage with customers and maintain relationships.
• Deliver high-quality services and outputs meeting customer requirements.
• Manage projects/programmes adhering to business procedures.
• Administer contracts as PM/Employer's Agent/Contract Administrator.
• Prepare bids and present to customers.
• Mentor teams to realise potential.
• Manage service delivery for profit.
• Flag potential issues affecting PI insurance to directors.
