Job summary

Langham Recruitment is recruiting a Programme Manager for a leading UK housebuilder to drive large-scale business systems and technology transformation, with ERP at the core. You will oversee governance, roadmaps and benefits realisation across procurement, finance and operations.

The role requires strong stakeholder management and collaboration with internal teams and external partners. The position offers hybrid working with 2 days onsite, a salary of £70,000–£80,000 plus up to 12% bonus, and

Qualifications

• Extensive programme management experience delivering large-scale business and technology transformation programmes.
• Experience with ERP implementations, enterprise migrations and digital transformation programmes.
• Strong governance, reporting and executive stakeholder management skills.
• Experience managing budgets, RAID logs, dependencies, escalations and benefits realisation.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale business systems and technology transformation programmes across the portfolio.
• Establish governance frameworks, controls and reporting processes.
• Manage multiple concurrent workstreams across operations, enterprise systems and technology platforms.
• Own programme governance, roadmaps, reporting, budgets and delivery plans.
• Produce Board, Executive and Steering Committee reporting.
• Coordinate Project Managers, Business Analysts, Architects and third-party suppliers.
• Manage risks, issues, dependencies and mitigation activities.
• Drive business change, stakeholder readiness, communications and benefits realisation.
• Support ERP, enterprise systems and integration programmes through to adoption.
• Collaborate with internal teams, vendors and partners.
