Job summary

Langham Recruitment is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a portfolio of business systems and ERP projects for a FTSE 100 housebuilder. You will own delivery from inception to implementation, manage budgets, governance and reporting, and drive adoption across internal teams and external suppliers.

The role offers hybrid working (1 day onsite per week) in Solihull or Warrington, with a salary in the £50,000-£60,000 range plus up to 12% bonus and benefits.

Responsibilities

• Deliver multiple concurrent business systems and technology projects.
• Manage project plans, governance, reporting, risks and budgets.
• Coordinate project activities across internal teams, stakeholders and external suppliers.
• Manage project risks, issues, assumptions and dependencies, driving mitigation activities where required.
• Drive projects through implementation and business adoption.
• Maintain high-quality project documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
