Job summary

United Infrastructure is seeking an experienced Programme Manager to lead planning for the landmark Liverpool Bay Carbon Capture Scheme, delivered in partnership with Eni. You will head a team of planners and project controls professionals, ensuring integrated programmes across engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a senior Planning Manager or Programme Manager role.
• Experience in major infrastructure, energy, utilities, EPC projects.
• Advanced Primavera P6 experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the project planning team.
• Own and maintain integrated project programmes using Primavera P6.
• Manage programme performance, critical path analysis, and recovery planning.
• Provide forecasting, progress reporting, and schedule assurance.
• Collaborate with project, engineering, commercial, and construction teams.
• Build strong relationships with Eni and stakeholders.
• Identify programme risks and drive mitigation strategies.
• Support continuous improvement across planning and project controls.
