Job summary

United Infrastructure is seeking an experienced Programme Manager to lead the planning function for the Liverpool Bay Carbon Capture Scheme, delivered with Eni as part of the UK's energy transition. You will head a team of planners and project controls professionals, ensuring integrated programmes across engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning.

Qualifications

• Senior Planning/Programme management experience on major infrastructure projects.
• Strong background in scheduling, risk management, and project controls.
• Experience with NEC/EPC contract environments is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the project planning team.
• Own and maintain integrated project programmes (Primavera P6).
• Manage programme performance, critical path analysis, and recovery planning.
• Provide forecasting, progress reporting and schedule assurance.
• Collaborate with engineering, procurement, construction and commercial teams.
• Build relationships with Eni and other key stakeholders.
• Identify programme risks and drive mitigation strategies.
• Support continuous improvement across planning functions.
