Job summary

United Infrastructure Ltd is seeking an experienced Programme Manager to lead the planning function on the Liverpool Bay Carbon Capture Scheme, delivered in partnership with Eni, as part of the UK’s Net Zero transition.

Reporting to the Project Director, you will head a team of planners and controls professionals, own integrated programmes across engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning, and maintain the NEC/EPC governance.

Qualifications

• Senior Planning Manager or Programme Manager with infrastructure experience.
• Experience with major energy, utilities, or EPC projects.
• Professional accreditation (APM, PMI, or similar).

Responsibilities

• Own and manage integrated project programmes across engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning.
• Lead the planning interface with Eni, delivering performance reporting and schedule governance.
• Forecasting, progress reporting, and schedule assurance.
• Develop and mentor planning team and drive continuous improvement.
