United Infrastructure seeks an experienced Senior Commercial Manager to lead commercial management across major work packages on the Liverpool Bay Carbon Capture Scheme, collaborating with Eni on a high‑profile energy transition project.

You will drive contract administration, cost forecasting, risk and opportunity management, and subcontract procurement, while mentoring the commercial team to deliver strong financial performance.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a Senior Commercial Manager or Commercial Manager role.
• Strong background in energy, utilities, infrastructure, oil & gas, or EPC projects.
• Excellent knowledge of NEC and/or EPC contracts.
• Strong commercial, contractual, and financial management skills.
• Experience managing high-value projects and stakeholder relationships.
• Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, or a related discipline.

Responsabilités

• Lead the commercial management of major project work packages.
• Manage contract administration, change control, and commercial reporting.
• Oversee project costs, forecasting, and financial performance.
• Identify and manage commercial risks and opportunities.
• Support subcontract procurement and supply chain management.
• Negotiate commercial agreements with clients and subcontractors.
• Work closely with operational and project teams to support successful delivery.
• Mentor and develop commercial team members.
