Valtech is an experience innovation company seeking a Programme Manager to bridge delivery teams and senior UK management. You will lead large digital programmes, ensuring alignment with client strategy and maximum value across the lifecycle.

You will work with a passionate senior delivery team, contributing to growth in a dynamic digital consulting environment and shaping delivery practices across client engagements.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering £5m–£10m digital transformation programmes in a client-facing environment.
• Background in a digital or software delivery discipline.
• Proven ability to communicate with CXOs and senior stakeholders.
• Demonstrated leadership with measurable impact beyond routine work.
• Experience blending agile methods, Lean UX, Design Thinking, and design sprints.
• Experience supporting new business wins: listening to client needs, assembling the right team, and planning/cost modelling.

Responsibilities

• Manage a programme from pre-sales to inception and through its lifecycle.
• Coordinate across programme teams to meet overall client goals and efficiency.
• Oversee planning, execution and completion of projects within the programme.
• Collaborate with client and delivery teams to improve processes for efficiency.
• Manage the programme budget with tracking and effective budget use.
• Coach teams in Agile practices and governance across the programme.
• Lead client-focused activities from bid phase to delivery.
• Maintain communication with the client up to C-suite level.
• Build and manage multi-functional delivery teams with budget responsibilities.
• Plan, forecast, estimate and manage uncertainty; handle dependencies.
