Job summary

Valtech is seeking a Lead Product Manager in the UK to shape the product strategy across complex agile programmes. You will work with in-house teams of designers, engineers and testers to deliver outstanding digital experiences for clients and users.

You will lead by example, drive commercial outcomes, and champion AI-enhanced ways of working within the team. The role emphasizes collaboration, mentorship and cross-functional influence, with a focus on strategy, governance and measurable impact

• Define product and service strategy, priorities, and success measures.
• Coach and mentor Product Managers and embed AI into day-to-day practice.
