Job summary

Tenth Revolution Group in Yorkshire is seeking an experienced Programme Manager to lead a portfolio of business and technology transformation initiatives within a regulated, multi-year programme. You will chair governance, manage budgets and risks, and collaborate with senior stakeholders to ensure delivery on time, within budget and with strong business adoption.

This hybrid role requires two days per week on-site in Yorkshire.

Qualifications

  • Deliver large-scale transformation programmes in regulated environments.
  • Lead both business change and technology delivery.
  • Stakeholder engagement at executive/board level.
  • Governance, financial control, and supplier management.
  • Hybrid delivery methods (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid).
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams across analysis, engineering, testing, operations and business.
  • Proactive risk, dependency, and priority management in fast-paced settings.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and influencing skills.
  • Experience in regulated industries and target operating models.
  • Delivery of digital, platform, migration, integration, or customer-focused transformations.
  • MSP/PRINCE2/PMP or Agile certifications preferred.

  • Manage third-party suppliers and delivery partners.
  • Drive collaboration across business and technology teams.
  • Oversee programme financial management, reporting and benefits realization.
  • Identify and escalate risks, issues and dependencies.
  • Support business readiness, transition, cutover planning and adoption.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement within the change and delivery function.

Programme Manager | Business & Technology Transformation

Yorkshire | Hybrid - 2 days per week | Outside IR35

We are supporting a well-established and highly regulated organisation undergoing a significant multi-year transformation programme. As investment in strategic change continues, there is an opportunity for an experienced Programme Manager to join a growing change function and play a key role in delivering a portfolio of business and technology initiatives.

This is a high-profile position responsible for leading complex programmes that combine both technical and business outcomes, ensuring change is delivered effectively, on time, within budget and aligned to strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of large-scale transformation programmes from initiation through to implementation and business adoption.
  • Define, manage and control programme scope, schedules, budgets, dependencies, risks and benefits.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders, sponsors and executive leadership teams.
  • Establish and lead effective governance forums, steering committees and decision-making processes.
  • Manage third-party suppliers and delivery partners, ensuring agreed outcomes and commitments are achieved.
  • Drive collaboration across business and technology teams, ensuring alignment of priorities and delivery objectives.
  • Oversee programme financial management, reporting, forecasting and benefit realisation activities.
  • Ensure risks, issues and dependencies are proactively identified, managed and escalated where appropriate.
  • Support business readiness, operational transition, cutover planning and adoption activities.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the wider change and delivery function.
Experience Required
  • Proven track record delivering large-scale transformation programmes within complex and regulated environments.
  • Strong experience leading programmes involving both business change and technology delivery.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills with experience engaging at executive and board level.
  • Experience managing programme governance, financial control, suppliers and delivery partners.
  • Strong understanding of programme and project delivery methodologies including Agile, Waterfall or hybrid approaches.
  • Experience overseeing cross-functional teams across analysis, engineering, testing, operations and business functions.
  • Demonstrable experience managing programme risks, dependencies and competing priorities within fast-paced environments.
  • Excellent communication, leadership and influencing skills.
  • Experience operating within highly regulated industries.
  • Exposure to target operating model design and implementation.
  • Experience delivering digital, platform, migration, integration or customer-focused transformation initiatives.
  • Professional programme or project management certifications such as MSP, PRINCE2, PMP or Agile qualifications.
