Job summary

QinetiQ is seeking a Senior Programme Manager to lead the UK defence programme tied to DWRP, coordinating governance, stakeholder engagement and delivery across multiple workstreams. The role includes shaping the operating model and programme office, with close collaboration among UK MOD, international partners and industry players.

You will drive evidence, analysis and structure for future investment decisions, ensuring successful concept, assessment and delivery phases in a high-profile radar

Qualifications

• Experience managing large, complex defence, government or national infrastructure programmes.
• Experience establishing programme governance, controls and delivery organisations.
• Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams across technical and business domains.

Responsibilities

• Lead mobilisation and delivery of a complex multi-disciplinary programme.
• Develop and implement the programme governance framework and reporting structures.
• Establish and lead an integrated programme office with UK and international stakeholders.
• Manage programme scope, schedule, budget, risks, issues and dependencies.
• Lead development of the programmatic solution, operating model and delivery organisation.
• Build and maintain relationships with senior MOD, military, government and industry stakeholders.
