University Hospitals of Leicester NHS Trust is recruiting a Senior Programme Manager for Cancer & Diagnostics to lead regional transformation across cancer services and diagnostics in the East Midlands. Based at County Hall, Leicester, the role supports hybrid working and collaboration with NHS partners.

Qualifications

Master's degree or equivalent experience.
Extensive experience leading complex transformation programmes within the NHS or similarly complex organisations.
Outstanding leadership, communication, negotiation and influencing skills.

Responsibilities

Lead regional cancer and diagnostics transformation programmes to deliver NHS 10-Year Cancer Plan aims.
Influence at executive level and translate policy into regional delivery.
Improve cancer outcomes and diagnostic performance through service redesign and system-wide programmes.
