Job summary

Addition Solutions in London is partnering with a leading organisation to appoint an experienced Programme Governance Manager. You will oversee programme governance, financial controls, risks and delivery across multiple agile teams.

You'll work with Programme Directors and senior leaders to provide visibility, plan investments, and ensure accountability and executive confidence across a major data transformation programme.

Qualifications

• Experience in PMO, governance or portfolio management within large-scale technology or data transformation programmes.
• Strong understanding of agile delivery methodologies and governance frameworks.
• Proven ability to produce executive-level governance materials and reports.

Responsibilities

• Establishing and maintaining agile programme governance aligned with objectives.
• Coordinate governance forums, steering committees and quarterly planning workshops.
• Manage programme risks, issues and dependencies with proactive resolution.
• Oversee budgets, forecasts, expenditure tracking and investment reporting.
• Produce high-quality programme reports and governance updates for senior leadership.
• Maintain roadmaps and ensure alignment across multiple squads and workstreams.
• Support resource and capacity planning and vendor governance activities.
• Drive continuous improvement across PMO processes and reporting standards.
