- Experience leading complex transformation programmes across governance, people, process and technology.
- Ability to define strategic operating models and governance frameworks.
- Strong track record engaging senior technology, risk and executive stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Lead complex transformation programmes spanning governance, operating model design and service development.
- Define strategic roadmaps and implementation plans to improve governance, compliance and information management.
- Manage delivery across multiple workstreams with visibility on risk, dependencies and customer objectives.
- Mentor delivery teams and support growth of consulting offerings.
- Collaborate with executive stakeholders to ensure benefits realisation and sustainable change.
