Job summary

Phiture is seeking a Senior Growth Consultant, PM (Programmatic) to own day-to-day client relationships and programmatic campaigns across one or more accounts. You will be the main technical contact, guiding strategy and execution while collaborating with the Growth Lead.

You’ll apply deep mobile app paid UA expertise, manage DSP/SSP setups, SKAN implications, measurement and attribution, and translate performance data into actionable learnings for creative and optimization.

Qualifications

• Deep expertise in app-specific paid user acquisition including SDKs and SKAN.
• Hands-on DSP/programmatic campaign management experience.
• Independent data interpretation with data-driven recommendations.
• Strong written and verbal client communication with confidence in meetings.
• Proactive ownership with accountability across client accounts.
• Genuine interest in programmatic as a channel.
• Comfort in an individual account-ownership role.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end programmatic campaign management including setup, optimization, and issue investigation.
• Manage the client relationship day-to-day, deliverables, and strategic planning documents.
• Apply app-specific paid media expertise including SKAN, MMPs, and DSP/SSP landscape.
• Translate performance data into actionable learnings and brief the creative team.
• Analyze monthly metrics, set targets, and provide recommendations with a data-backed POV.
• Guide client POCs and junior team members while owning your accounts.
