Job summary

Zenith UK, part of Publicis Groupe, is hiring a Programmatic Manager to shape high-quality campaigns for diverse clients. You’ll own campaign planning and delivery, translate performance data into actionable recommendations, and identify growth opportunities, working within OneProgrammatic to support a small team.

You’ll engage with clients to present results, lead on QA, optimise across DV360, The Trade Desk and Amazon DSP, and mentor junior colleagues while developing your leadership

Qualifications

• Experience planning and optimising programmatic campaigns against defined objectives.
• Ability to translate complex performance data into clear insights for clients.
• Confidence presenting strategy and results to clients and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop accurate media plans to meet client goals and maximize value.
• Create test-and-learn roadmaps with robust measurement.
• Lead end-to-end campaign implementation across display, video, YouTube, CTV and OTT.
• Improve team workflows with clear processes and QA.
• Analyse campaign performance across DSPs and provide actionable recommendations.
• Build trusted client relationships through clear results and prioritisation.
• Mentor Executives and Senior Executives with constructive feedback and inclusive leadership.
