Job summary

Zenith International, part of Publicis Groupe, is hiring a Programmatic Associate Director to lead programmatic media planning and activation for a leading global brand. You will blend channel expertise with client partnership, commercial thinking and people leadership to turn complex challenges into clear, effective work.

You’ll shape strategy, champion innovation and continually improve how programmatic campaigns are planned and delivered, making a real impact for the client and your team.

Qualifications

• Strong programmatic knowledge applied to media planning and delivery.
• Experience managing programmatic activity across multiple channels.
• Ability to build trusted client relationships and communicate complex topics.
• Sound commercial judgement with revenue and financial process understanding.
• Leadership experience coaching teams and fostering inclusive growth.
• Curious mindset, exploring new platforms and automation opportunities.
• Collaborative, highly organized with quality control across processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead high-quality programmatic planning, execution, optimisation, reporting and insights.
• Partner with clients as trusted advisor, translating challenges into recommendations.
• Shape programmatic strategy and innovation with planning and leadership teams.
• Build test-and-learn approaches across the team with DSP diversification and privacy-first solutions.
• Own revenue tracking, billing, PO processes and supplier management.
• Identify growth opportunities and connect client needs with Publicis Media solutions.
• Lead and develop a team of programmatic specialists and managers.
