Qualifications

• Experience planning, managing and improving paid search campaigns with revenue-focused outcomes.
• Solid knowledge of Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising; Looker Studio or YouTube experience is a plus.
• Ability to transform campaign data into actionable client recommendations.
• Proven track record of building strong client relationships while managing multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the paid search strategy for key clients, aligning activity with business goals.
• Own day-to-day account delivery with high standards and efficient workflows.
• Use data, automation, and testing to identify growth opportunities and remove barriers.
• Build and maintain senior client relationships with clear, proactive communication.
• Develop long-term account plans with agency teams and partners.
• Support client growth by understanding commitments and value opportunities.
• Coach and develop team members with clear expectations and progression plans.
