Zenith International, part of Publicis Groupe, is hiring a Programmatic Manager to lead our OneProgrammatic team at Performics, delivering best-in-class programmatic campaigns for a diverse brand portfolio. You’ll blend strategic thinking, data-driven decisions and team leadership to drive client success and business impact.

You will work alongside specialists in media, technology, data and analytics to push innovation, develop test-and-learn roadmaps, and coach junior staff to deliver

Competenze

• Experience leading programmatic campaigns across multiple digital media
• Strong ability to turn data into actionable insights
• Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy in deliverables
• Comfort with media, tech, data and measurement platforms
• Proven track record of coaching and developing others in a team

Mansioni

• Lead planning and delivery of programmatic campaigns to meet client objectives and drive commercial outcomes
• Develop test-and-learn roadmaps to uncover opportunities and improve performance
• Drive operational excellence in campaign execution, QA, and workflow management
