Job summary

Ethos is seeking experienced model risk managers to help train a leading AI language model on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks.

Fully remote, flexible commitment of 5-20 hours per week (more if desired), with ASAP start and compensation of $100/hour.

Requires 5+ years in financial services regulatory compliance or risk management, and direct ownership of drafting or reviewing regulatory filings, policies, or control-testing documentation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in financial services compliance, regulatory affairs, or risk management.
• Direct ownership of drafting or reviewing regulatory filings, compliance policy, or control-testing documentation.
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slides across core workflows.
• Oversee regulatory-filing and disclosure review processes.
• Draft or review compliance policies, control-testing documentation, and governance memos.
• Produce regulator correspondence and board materials.
