Job summary

WPP is seeking a Production Workflow Engineer to translate production requirements into reliable scripted and low-code workflow solutions that enhance throughput and consistency across global environments.

You will support multiple platforms and integrations, ensuring safe, maintainable changes aligned with production deadlines. The role emphasizes collaboration with production, engineering and operations teams in a hybrid work model.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting production workflow environments where deadlines, hand-offs and approvals are managed through production systems.
• Ability to translate production needs into clear workflow requirements and supportable technical solutions.
• Understanding of how production processes translate into workflow automation requirements.
• Experience with low-code/no-code automation environments and related tooling.

Responsibilities

• Design, build and deploy scripted, low-code and no-code workflow automations to improve throughput.
• Maintain, troubleshoot and optimise production workflow platforms and integrations.
• Support controlled releases, incident resolution and workflow changes with minimal disruption to production.
• Collaborate with production, engineering and operations teams to translate requirements into workable solutions.
• Identify automation opportunities and promote reusable, scalable workflow practices.
• Monitor workflow performance and resolve production issues across global locations.
