Job summary

WPP is hiring a Platform Product Lead – Integration & Orchestration to own the platform backlog and roadmap connecting production workflows, data, and systems across the global production ecosystem.

You’ll translate business and technical requirements into engineering-ready backlog items, manage API-first integrations, and partner with Engineering and Architecture to deliver secure, scalable outcomes in a hybrid work model.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Product Owner or technical product manager in a complex enterprise.
• Strong API design and API-led integration understanding.
• Experience managing a technical backlog with user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Knowledge of non-functional requirements: security, performance, observability.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration across engineering, product and operations.

Responsibilities

• Own and prioritise the Integration & Orchestration platform backlog, aligned to strategy and Production Operations priorities.
• Evolve the platform roadmap, balancing sustainability, engineering, and business needs.
• Translate requirements into epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria for engineering delivery.
• Ensure API-first, event-driven integrations across SaaS and bespoke platforms.
• Communicate priorities, progress, risks and decisions to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Facilitate workshops to clarify requirements and align approaches across teams.
• Own the Atlas platform backlog and ensure delivery aligns with strategic objectives.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Architecture for secure, scalable outcomes.
