Job summary

WPP Production is seeking an Operations Executive to support client operations, planning, resourcing and reporting for global projects. You will collaborate with teams across the client account and a network of freelance talents, ensuring smooth delivery and adherence to confidentiality policies.

The role requires strong English communication, a proactive mindset, and experience in PA/operational roles. Hybrid working is available with office presence several days a week.

Qualifications

• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Strong inter-personal skills.
• Understanding of GDPR; experience handling sensitive data.
• Project management / PA / operational background.
• Excel proficiency.
• Self-driven and highly organised with attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Oversee onboarding for all new starters (FTE/FTC/Freelance) and bookings.
• Manage freelance availability and bookings; maintain resource trackers.
• Coordinate vendor setup; ensure invoice/pay queries resolved.
• Manage on-site project staffing for 150+ people.
• Handle communications, IT logistics, and team queries.
• Assist with ad-hoc reporting and data analysis in Excel.
• Plan and launch client confidential projects; organise meetings and events.
• Maintain training materials and expense claim records.
