Job summary

Reporting to the Production Leader, you will coordinate line setups, manage documentation in ProDG/RTCIS, conduct briefs, and mentor frontline staff to meet strict standards and KPI targets.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead and train agency staff with clear instruction.
• Experience in a production environment with both manual and automated lines.
• Ability to operate MHE such as PPTs and manual pump trucks.
• Familiarity with production recording systems (ProDG, RTCIS).
• Proactive use of Lean tools (WPI 6W2H, Why-Why) for loss analysis.

Responsibilities

• Own the training of agency staff and conduct safety/quality briefs.
• Oversee line setup, material flow, and line clearance across multiple lines.
• Record production data in ProDG and RTCIS and ensure quality checks.
• Lead loss elimination efforts and drive continuous improvement (IWS, WPIs).
• Promote safety and quality standards and escalate hazards or incidents.
