Grn-Search-Group in Strabane, Northern Ireland, is seeking a Senior Production Manager to lead Production and Quality at the Sion Mills site. You will oversee about 30 people and drive performance, output, yield, waste reduction and standards, reporting to the Head of Operations.

This hands-on role offers a clear pathway to an Operations Manager position as the site expands, including a new shift. You will partner with Quality, Engineering, Planning and Supply Chain to improve KPIs and ensure

Qualifications

• Experience leading production teams in fast-paced manufacturing.
• Ability to drive output, yield and quality improvements.
• Strong understanding of GMP, audit readiness and safety.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day Production and Quality performance across the site.
• Develop and manage the production team through the Production Manager.
• Own KPIs: output, yield, waste, downtime and absence.
• Identify issues, solve problems and drive performance improvements.
• Collaborate with Quality, Engineering, Planning, Supply Chain and senior management.
• Drive continuous improvement and reduce downtime in a high-volume environment.
• Promote GMP, quality and audit readiness across production.
• Support growth initiatives, including capacity expansion and new shift.
• Develop people, processes and systems for longer-term growth.
