Job summary

MPA Recruitment is seeking a Production Manager for a manufacturing site near Omagh, Co. Tyrone. You will own day-to-day production operations, ensuring safety, quality, productivity, and on-time delivery.

You will lead a skilled production team, collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Maintenance and Supply Chain to drive continuous improvement and Lean initiatives, while managing budgets and staffing to maximise efficiency.

Qualifications

• Experience in production management within manufacturing.
• Strong leadership and team development skills.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing and KPI tracking.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day production operations to meet output and quality targets.
• Lead, coach and develop production teams with a focus on safety and accountability.
• Drive lean initiatives to reduce waste and lower costs.
• Plan and schedule production to meet customer demand and deadlines.
• Monitor KPIs and collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Maintenance and Supply Chain.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and regulatory standards.
