Job description

Reports to:

Production Manager

Role overview:

You'll be a dynamic people-person with the ability to build collaborative relationships quickly, with great organisation and communication skills. You will manage the Production team to ensure the smooth running of all production areas across women's, men's, and swimwear.

Responsibilities and Duties:
  1. Work across menswear, womenswear, and swimwear for Ecom and Wholesale, ensuring all products are made and delivered on time.
  2. Manage factories and production, serving as the key point of contact for factories based in China and Turkey.
  3. Oversee the end-to-end production process, from fit sessions to final production, ensuring adherence to strict timelines and delivering quality.
  4. Collaborate closely with design, technical design, and garment technology teams for seamless coordination and execution.
  5. Work with merchandising and wholesale to ensure timely delivery of goods to wholesale customers.
  6. Manage the production critical path, liaising with factories and suppliers to place POs and ensure timely delivery.
  7. Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and sustainable practices, integrating them into sourcing and production strategies to foster innovation and social responsibility.
  8. Conduct QC inspections and manage invoices.
  9. Coordinate traceability and sustainability initiatives.
  10. Analyze returns and manage internal production checks.
Requirements:
  • You are a people person with attention to detail and a proven track record of successful account management.
  • Minimum 4 years of relevant experience.
  • Experience working with Fully Factored / Finished Goods production processes.
  • Previous production experience.
  • Target-oriented, highly motivated, organised, and driven for success.
  • Experience with stock management systems and Shopify is desirable; strong Microsoft Office skills, including creating presentations and impactful sales materials.
  • A cross-functional collaborator with experience building collaborative relationships.
  • Excellent stakeholder influencing, management, and communication skills.
  • Strong project management skills, capable of driving small-scale projects from concept to completion.
  • Strong prioritisation skills with meticulous attention to detail.
