Role overview:

You'll be a dynamic people-person with the ability to build collaborative relationships quickly, with great organisation and communication skills. You will manage the Production team to ensure the smooth running of all production areas across women's, men's and swimwear.

Reports to:

Production Manager

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Work across menswear, womenswear, and swimwear for Ecom and Wholesale, ensuring all product is made and delivered on time
• Manage factories and production - act as the key contact for factories based in China and Turkey
• Oversee the end-to-end production process, from fit sessions to final production, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards
• Collaborate with design, technical design, and garment technology teams for seamless coordination
• Coordinate with merchandising and wholesale to ensure timely delivery to customers
• Manage the production critical path, liaising with factories and suppliers for POs and deliveries
• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and sustainable practices; incorporate them into sourcing and production strategies
• Perform QC inspections and manage invoices
• Coordinate traceability and sustainability efforts
• Handle returns analysis and internal production checks

Requirements:

• Proven track record in account management and building strong relationships
• 4+ years of relevant experience
• Experience in Fully Factored / Finished Good production processes
• Previous production management experience
• Target-oriented, highly motivated, organised, and driven
• Experience with stock management systems and Shopify; proficient in Microsoft Office, including creating presentations and sales materials
• Strong collaborator with excellent stakeholder influencing and communication skills
• Effective project management skills, capable of leading small projects from start to finish
• Strong prioritisation skills with meticulous attention to detail
