Home LFF Expanded Senior Production Coordinator

Working closely with the LFF Expanded Production Manager, Festivals Production Team, and LFF Expanded Programmer, the Expanded Senior Production Coordinator will support the delivery of the festival’s public programme XR, Immersive Art, and Videogames installations.

The BF London Film Festival (LFF) runs an Industry & Professional Programme of screenings, events, networking, and an informal marketplace for around 3,500 film industry professionals alongside the main public festival.

  • Full-time
  • Fixed-term contract, 30 June 2025 – 31 October 2025
  • Liaising with artists on technical specifications of works, including build specifications and file delivery. Ensuring works are presented to high standards, considering any special requirements, and communicating these to the team.
  • Collaborating with the LFF Expanded Production Manager, Festival Production Teams, LFF Expanded Programmer, and Production partners on designing, building, and launching physical installations. Conducting research for production solutions as needed.
  • Overseeing technical testing and sign-off of digital and physical access points, ensuring solutions are technically sound and issues are resolved promptly by the technical production support team.
  • Managing the end-to-end delivery of the festival’s UK-wide programme access points, including installation specifications, artist communication, and briefing marketing teams.
Person Specification
  • Significant experience working in a cultural organization or festival in events or production roles, including experience with XR, immersive technologies, and/or videogames.
  • Knowledge of XR and videogames technologies, file formats, and devices.
  • A passion for storytelling through immersive technology and videogames.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize, manage, and meet challenging deadlines.

Interviews will be held on Tuesday 27 May or Wednesday 28 May 2025.
