Job summary

Blast Films Ltd. is seeking an experienced Senior Production Coordinator to join an exciting new premium factual series for a global streamer.

The role involves coordinating a US-heavy production with a UK drama reconstruction element, starting mid-October to September 2027. You will manage travel, call sheets, post-workflow coordination, and production finances, working closely with the Production Executive/Line Producer and a tight-knit team.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating and booking travel and accommodation for crew and contributors, including flights, hotels, visas and ground transportation
• Preparing and distributing call sheets and other filming documentation
• Coordinating the rushes workflow and ensuring footage and associated paperwork are managed effectively
• Maintaining accurate production spending logs
• Managing credit card and petty cash reconciliations
• Working closely with the Post Producer to ensure all post-production paperwork and deliverables are completed accurately and on time
• Supporting the Production Executive/Line Producer with the wider day-to-day running of the production
• The series will also include a drama reconstruction element filming in the UK, with the opportunity to work on location during this part of the production

Job description

Blast Films are looking for an experienced, proactive and highly organised Senior Production Coordinator to join an exciting new production for a global streamer, filming predominantly in the US. The role will start in mid-October/November 2026 and run through to September 2027, working closely with the Production Executive/Line Producer as part of a friendly, tight-knit production team. We are ideally looking for someone with previous streamer experience, who is confident managing complex production logistics and has experience of filming in the US and working with sensitive contributors.

Strong communication skills and the ability to build good relationships with crew, contributors and suppliers will be essential.
