HSBC Holdings plc is seeking a senior product owner to shape and deliver a new equity risk system from concept to production. You will align with stakeholders across Trading, Quants, Risk, Operations and Technology to define the product vision and translate business needs into concrete technology outcomes.

You will lead backlog refinement, sprint planning and cross-functional collaboration to deliver measurable risk platform improvements that support the bank's growth and risk objectives.

Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of Equity Derivatives and Prime within bank risk reporting.
• Understanding of key risk metrics and outputs (VaR, P/L explain, sensitivity analysis, stress testing).
• Proven experience as a Product Owner or Business Analyst in risk/front-office environments.

Responsabilités

• Interface between business stakeholders and IT to ensure business intent is delivered.
• Shape and maintain the product vision, roadmap, and release plan for the risk domain.
• Deliver the risk system from concept to operational software, balancing business and technical constraints.
• Define measurable outcomes with stakeholders, including delivery timelines and quality controls.
• Manage the book of work of the current risk system to support growth agenda.
• Collaborate with Technology through backlog refinement, sprint planning, delivery and defect triage.
