Nationwide, formed from Virgin Money, is seeking a Senior Product Manager within Business Products to lead simplification across the product suites and manage complex change programs. The role involves shaping propositions, customer communications, and supporting customer migration to the Nationwide brand.

You will work with Technology, Finance, and Risk to ensure a smooth transition for 300k+ customers. Based in a hybrid setup with potential offices in Glasgow, Edinburgh, London or Northampton,

• Lead simplification initiatives across Virgin Money and Nationwide business product suites.

• Collaborate with Technology, Finance, Business Control and Coverage to migrate customers to the Nationwide brand.
• Ensure delivery plans enable a best-in-class first experience of the Nationwide business products.
