Nationwide is seeking a Senior Product Manager within Business Products to lead simplification initiatives across the Virgin Money and Nationwide product suites. This role focuses on proposition refinement, customer engagement, and change delivery to enable a seamless migration for >300k customers into the new Business Bank.

You’ll collaborate with Technology, Finance, and Operations to ensure a smooth transition, while balancing customer outcomes with regulatory requirements.

Qualifikationen

• Experience as senior product manager, product manager, product owner, or similar roles.
• Strong understanding of product and proposition development across the lifecycle.
• Ability to place customers at the heart of decisions and roadmaps.
