Nationwide is seeking a Business Analyst for the Integration Programme within Finance to drive end-to-end integration initiatives from inception to completion.

As a Business Analyst in the Virgin Money Integration Programme within the Finance workstream, you’ll be working on a variety of integration-related initiatives from inception to completion.Nationwide’s Finance area is responsible for managing the organisation's financial health, ensuring regulatory compliance and supporting strategic decision-making.
The role plays a key part in protecting financial integrity, meeting regulatory requirements and enabling a smooth, well‑governed transition that supports long‑term value and confidence for Nationwide’s members.

This is a 24-month Fixed Term Contract opportunity.

For this job you'll spend at least two days per week, or if part time you'll spend 40% of your working time, based at either our Swindon, London or Glasgow office. If you’re based at our Glasgow office, this will apply from 1 April 2027 and ahead of that there will be a need to regularly connect with colleagues for collaboration events. What you’ll be doing
A typical day in this role is about working closely with Finance and delivery teams to turn ideas into workable change. You’ll spend time understanding how finance processes work today, exploring what needs to improve, and documenting clear requirements that everyone can agree on. This includes running workshops, asking the right questions, and joining the dots between business needs and technology solutions.
You’ll stay involved as work moves through delivery, helping to prioritise, test and check that changes do what they should. Throughout the day, you’ll balance detail with the bigger picture, making sure risks, controls and data quality are always front of mind.
