Job summary

RAC is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the Recall product within its SMR business. Based in either Bradley Stoke or Walsall, this hybrid role shapes strategy, partnerships and customer journeys to deliver measurable commercial value.

You will own the product roadmap, drive innovation, and scale the proposition across an ecosystem of partners and suppliers, partnering with senior leaders to translate strategy into deliverable solutions.

Qualifications

• Proven PM experience in technology, digital, data-led or platform environments.
• Experience launching and scaling products from concept through delivery and optimisation.
• Strong stakeholder management with ability to influence at all levels.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Experience working in Agile environments with cross-functional leadership.
• Commercially aware with a focus on outcomes and customer value.

Responsibilities

• Define product vision, strategy and roadmap aligned to business objectives.
• Lead the ongoing development and scaling of the Recall product and services.
• Partner with senior leaders, operational teams, technology and external stakeholders to translate requirements into solutions.
• Prioritise features based on customer value, business benefit, feasibility and delivery timelines.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration across engineering, UX/UI, operations and commercial teams.
• Ensure seamless integration of new capabilities into existing systems and journeys.
• Define KPIs and use data to continuously improve performance.
• Manage risks, dependencies and delivery blockers to ensure outcomes.
• Act as the voice of the customer while balancing commercial objectives.
