Job summary

MRSL Group, a UK-based electronics manufacturer, is seeking a Product Manager to own a diverse portfolio of electronic and electromechanical products. You will influence product strategy, new development, market growth and lifecycle management across the UK and Far East, collaborating with engineering, sales, marketing and manufacturing teams.

The role combines electronics expertise with commercial acumen, driving profitability and growth while shaping future product development and market

Qualifications

• Experience as Product Manager/Engineer/Marketing in electronics or industrial manufacturing.
• Strong technical understanding of electronic components and electromechanical products.
• Proven ability to translate technical requirements into commercial products.
• Experience managing full product lifecycle and launches.

Responsibilities

• Define and manage the product roadmap across connectors, cable assemblies, test products and related electronic components.
• Identify new product and market opportunities through customer feedback, market analysis and competitor research.
• Manage the complete product lifecycle, from initial concept and development through to launch, growth and end-of-life.
• Work closely with OEM customers, distribution partners and sales teams to understand market requirements and future product needs.
• Identify growth opportunities across industrial electronics, instrumentation, professional audio and Test & Measurement markets.
• Collaborate with engineering teams on product design, specifications, prototypes, testing and validation.
• Ensure products meet relevant technical standards, approvals and certifications.
• Monitor product performance, sales trends, profitability and market positioning.
• Develop pricing strategies to support margin and commercial growth.
• Build business cases and ROI analysis for new product introductions and development projects.
• Work closely with engineering, manufacturing, procurement, sales and marketing to successfully bring products to market.
• Support product positioning, technical documentation, datasheets and wider marketing activities.
• Provide product training and technical support to internal teams, customers and distribution partners.
