• Develop robust business cases to secure investment and guide decisions.
• Understand customer needs, market trends and competitor activity to shape priorities.
• Use data and experimentation to guide investment decisions.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to agree strategic themes and constraints.
• Coach and develop the product team to strengthen commercial decision-making.
• Balance supply costs, regulatory requirements, and ROI for portfolio decisions.
• Review legacy products to maximise value and determine retirement timing.
