What will you be doing?
- Own the end-to-end strategy, delivery, and continuous improvement of the Beauty Pie mobile app, working closely with the Product Lead for Member Engagement & Retention.
- Prioritize and execute initiatives to boost member engagement, retention, shopping frequency, and feature adoption.
- Translate complex technical requirements into clear, business-aligned product decisions, balancing investment and impact with engineering teams.
- Ensure rigorous mobile delivery, maintaining a strong cadence, backlog hygiene, and alignment with engineering processes, including hands-on use of tools like Jira.
- Lead discovery and experimentation using customer insights, behavioral data, and market research to inform product decisions.
- Collaborate with designers, engineers, and stakeholders to develop simple, elegant mobile-first features from concept to launch.
- Champion a high-quality, native mobile user experience that delights users and encourages daily engagement.
- Develop, analyze, and iterate on app performance metrics to improve outcomes.
- Support our vision of building a best-in-class digital product in beauty and membership experiences.
What are we looking for?
- Extensive experience in product management, especially with mobile apps (iOS/Android), with direct PM experience in mobile app development.
- A proven track record of driving engagement and retention through habit-forming, native app experiences.
- Strong data fluency, with experience in shaping and running experiments or iterative improvements based on insights.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across functions and manage stakeholders.
- A proactive, organized approach with strong execution skills in fast-paced environments.
- Passion for Beauty Pie’s mission and creating products that customers love.
- Experience developing gamified or loyalty-driven product features.
- Background in beauty, retail, wellness, or membership-based business models.
