Job summary

JetBrains seeks a Product leader to own the BAD Product experience, from purchasing and licensing to administration and usage-based services. You’ll drive strategy, discovery, and the long-term vision with engineering, design, analytics, QA, and Sales, Customer Success, and Finance to deliver a cohesive, scalable licensing platform.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of managing technically complex SaaS, enterprise, or B2B product areas end to end.
• Hands-on experience driving product discovery, user research, and roadmap prioritization.
• Experience navigating complex customer journeys, multi-team dependencies, and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Experience making data-informed decisions using telemetry, product metrics, and experimentation.
• Ability to work closely with engineering on APIs, data models, and system integrations.
• Fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for BAD Product systems.
• Uncover user friction through customer research, support data, telemetry, and feedback from internal teams.
• Map and improve end-to-end customer journeys covering purchasing, subscriptions, licensing, and administration.
• Identify gaps, overlaps, and inconsistencies across sub-systems to build a clear, unified user experience.
• Partner with engineering, design, analytics, and QA from early discovery through launch and continuous iteration.
• Define and track key product metrics for adoption, conversion, and support demand.
• Communicate product direction, trade-offs, and progress clearly to cross-functional stakeholders.
