Job description

You are a Product Manager with at least 4 years of experience building and scaling technology products, ideally within a B2B SaaS environment. You thrive in roles where customer engagement is central - working closely with a large and active customer community to manage communication, align expectations, and strengthen long-term trust and adoption.

Naturally curious and highly collaborative, you combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution, bringing structure and clarity to complex product decisions. You have strong stakeholder management skills and are comfortable balancing diverse inputs across customers, commercial teams, support, and internal leadership to drive meaningful product enhancements.

You stay close to the market and competitive landscape, translating trends and customer insights into a forward-looking strategy that keeps the product differentiated and cutting-edge. You are passionate about leveraging AI, data, and reporting to create impactful outcomes and customer value at scale.

The role:

Reporting into the Chief Product Officer, you will work collaboratively across the business to develop and communicate a clear vision and strategy for products and features for which you are responsible.

Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

  • Determining the why, what, and when of a product or feature
  • Conducting market research and developing a deep understanding of business trends and competition
  • Conducting competitor benchmarking and identification value differentiators
  • Definition of, and accountability for, product goals and metrics
  • Define and lead product(s) strategy
  • Lead product discovery to understand user pain points by talking to customers
  • Achieve product-market fit for new products
  • Development of go-to-market strategy by collaborating with other stakeholders
  • Development of user stories and the translation of business goals and end user needs to product strategy
  • Co-ordinate with Product Designer to design the product features adhering to modern design principles
  • Decision-making using strategic thinking and guidance from the Product Team
  • Collaboration across the Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Sales & Marketing teams to ensure a strong and shared product vision
  • Engage with other development pods and product teams to proactively identify cross-team dependencies and resolve dependencies through roadmap alignment and clear communication
  • Understanding the current product backlog, and support with the prioritisation of this
  • Understanding and overseeing the development process of the product—while that doesn’t have product managers in the trenches coding with developers, you will be working closely with the engineering team to ensure they understand how the product works
  • Support release process and communication to customers
  • Own product and feature adoption and usage outcomes, establishing clear tracking and success measures, and driving initiatives to increase usage
  • Updating product material with new developments
  • Supporting product demonstrations to potential customers

Core skills and experience:

  • Deep understanding of the product management lifecycle from idea / need to launch
  • Strategic thinking
  • Broad perspective to gather wide ranging functional requirements and distil them into a practical product strategy and roadmap
  • Ability to balance customer needs, business value, and technical feasibility
  • Ability to develop and communicate clear technical requirements
  • Strong relationship management skills with the ability to manage product stakeholders both externally and internally
  • Good understanding of UX/UI design principles
  • Natural curiosity and desire to solve problems at the root cause
  • Analytical mindset
  • Knowledge of agile frameworks such as SCRUM and Kanban
  • Familiarity with a variety of tools and software including the Atlassian suite, Product board Figma, MS Office, Miro
  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree level qualification in a technology, engineering, mathematics or business discipline
