You'll define and optimize product-led growth across entry points, trial experiences, demos, sandboxes, and onboarding flows, collaborating with marketing, analytics, and product teams to turn insights into measurable improvements in early adoption.

• Experience in onboarding, activation, and driving product-led growth in developer tools, SaaS, or AI products.
• Ability to connect marketing touchpoints with product-side acquisition into a coherent user journey.
• Proficient in product analytics, funnels, cohorts, segmentation and qualitative insights.

Aufgaben

• Own the acquisition, onboarding, and activation journey of JetBrains AI for teams and organizations.
• Define, measure, and improve the path from entry points to meaningful product usage.
• Optimize acquisition flows across IDEs, desktop products, plugins, and account flows.
• Create and improve self-service paths into JetBrains AI, including trial starts and sandbox experiences.
• Design onboarding and first-run experiences to help users discover value.
• Identify friction points and turn them into clear product opportunities.
• Lead experiments to improve conversion, onboarding completion, and early usage.
• Collaborate with Marketing, monetization, design, engineering, analytics, and research.
