Genius Sports is seeking a Senior Product Manager for the Platform Experience to translate high-level roadmaps into tangible work items. You will consolidate external and internal tools across products for a seamless user experience, working with the VP of Product and delivery teams.

You will balance strategic vision with tactical delivery, shaping epics, acceptance criteria and go-to-market plans, while collaborating with architects, squad leads and SMEs to ensure successful product delivery.

Qualifications

• Experienced in Front End product development with a focus on sports betting
• 5+ years' experience in Product Management roles
• Proven experience in developing a product strategy and effectively managing roadmaps.
• Experience with software product development methodologies, mainly agile such as Scrum or Kanban.
• Deep experience in gathering and transforming product requirements into a practical product roadmap
• Strong background in BI and/or Analytics required; experience working on data-oriented products preferred
• Outstanding written and oral communication skills
• Passionate about working in the betting industry
• Team leadership
• Highly collaborative nature

Responsabilités

• Define the product vision, goals and strategy with stakeholders.
• Translate the vision and roadmap into detailed work items for delivery.
• Define epics with clear acceptance criteria and required assets (wireframes, designs).
• Verify epics meet acceptance criteria and align with go-to-market plans.
• Collaborate with Squad Leads to ensure alignment on all product matters.
• Produce documentation to support product awareness and technical build.
