Job summary

Starkey Recruitment Group is seeking an experienced Product Manager in Redditch, Worcestershire, offering £50,000–£55,000 DOE plus benefits. The role is permanent and full-time, focusing on the development and lifecycle of fire detection, access control and security-related products.

You will own the product lifecycle, develop roadmaps, and work with technical, quality, design,Sales and manufacturing teams to bring products to market and improve existing ranges.

Qualifications

• Experience in product management and lifecycle ownership.
• Ability to develop roadmaps and translate customer needs into requirements.
• Strong project management and organisational skills.
• Experience working with overseas factories and suppliers.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Proficient with Microsoft 365, especially Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage the product roadmap aligned with customer needs and business objectives.
• Identify opportunities for new products and enhancements.
• Support product development from concept to launch.
• Define product specifications and ensure timely delivery.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, design, QA and manufacturing.
• Monitor product performance and report on revenue and profitability.
• Liaise with suppliers and overseas factories as needed.
