Excelerate360 is seeking a Senior Product Manager to define the market, vision and strategy for Agentic AI infrastructure. You’ll sit at the intersection of Product, Engineering, Sales and Marketing, shaping where the product goes and how it is positioned.

You’ll be a visible voice in customer meetings, webinars and events, translating market insight into roadmaps and collaborating with engineering to deliver solutions for complex enterprise environments.

The Opportunity

This is not a traditional backlog management role. We're looking for a senior product leader who can take ownership of the market, product vision and strategy.

You'll sit at the intersection of Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing and customers, helping shape where the product goes and how it is positioned in the market.

You'll also be a key external voice for the product — joining customer meetings, supporting sales conversations, contributing to webinars and events, and helping communicate complex AI technology in a clear and compelling way.

What You'll Do

• Own the product vision, strategy and market direction for Agentic AI infrastructure.
• Stay ahead of AI trends, emerging technologies, competitive movements and enterprise requirements.
• Work closely with customers to understand their challenges and translate market insight into product strategy.
• Partner with Engineering to shape the roadmap and develop solutions for complex enterprise environments.
• Work with Sales and Marketing on positioning, messaging and go-to-market strategy.
• Represent the product in customer meetings, conferences, webinars and industry events.
• Help shape strategies around AI agents, identity, data access, context and emerging protocols.
• Balance innovation, security, scalability, developer experience and enterprise requirements.

Requirements

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years' experience in Product Management, Technical Product Management or Technical Product Marketing.
• Experience within AI, AI infrastructure, developer platforms, data infrastructure, graph technology or similar technical environments.
• Strong understanding of the rapidly evolving AI market and genuine curiosity about emerging technologies.
• A strategic thinker who can translate customer and market intelligence into product direction.
• Comfortable working with senior engineers, enterprise customers, Sales, Marketing and leadership teams.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the confidence to be a visible voice for the product.
• Commercially minded, with an understanding of how technical products are positioned and taken to market.
• Experience speaking with customers, presenting, running webinars or representing a product externally would be highly valuable.
• Must be based in the UK
