Job summary

Preply is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own the lifecycle of a key platform area, drive strategy, and collaborate with engineering, design and business teams. You will prioritise initiatives, leverage insights, and champion product success metrics to deliver valuable outcomes for learners and tutors.

You will work in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment, shaping the product roadmap and ensuring value delivery while aligning with company strategy and growth objectives.

Qualifications

• Experience in senior product management roles in rapid-growth or evolving settings.
• Ability to work with data and metrics to inform decisions.
• Hands-on contributor while thinking strategically across the lifecycle.
• Strong empathy for customers to shape product direction.
• Excellent communication and collaboration across teams.
• Good visual design sense and user experience focus.
• Interest in growth challenges across learner and tutor journeys (plus in marketplaces or subscriptions).

Responsibilities

• Own the full product lifecycle from discovery to delivery and continuous improvement.
• Define and evolve product strategy and roadmap aligned with business goals.
• Partner with engineering, design, and business to ship high-impact features.
• Prioritize initiatives with clear reasoning and focus on high-leverage opportunities.
• Leverage qualitative and quantitative insights to inform decisions and experiments.
• Define, track, and communicate product success metrics and outcomes.
• Act as a champion for the product area across the company.
• Contribute to growth initiatives like LTV expansion and Tutor Content.
