Preply is scaling a brand-new vertical beyond language learning, building a 0-to-1 product with a cross-disciplinary team. You will shape strategy and execution for tutors and learners, from top of funnel onward, collaborating with designers, researchers, data science, and engineers.

The role requires senior product management experience in ambiguous environments and a strong growth mindset. Relocation to Preply Barcelona Hub is offered.

Qualifications

• Senior Product Management experience in fast-evolving or ambiguous environments.
• Ability to manage evolving roadmaps and prioritize bets.
• Ability to influence supply, product, marketing and leadership without formal authority.
• Data-driven and revenue-focused mindset, with deep domain understanding.
• Experience with marketplaces from immature to mature stages.
• Comfort operating with high visibility and direct leadership communication.

Responsabilités

• Take a 0-to-1 product from ambition to reality, owning part of the strategy and roadmap for non-language subjects.
• Shape end-to-end tutor and learner experience for a new vertical, from funnel to expansion.
• Collaborate with design, UX research, data science and engineering to ship the product.
• Remain scrappy and consider broader ecosystem impacts beyond your surface area.
• Prioritize opportunities and clearly articulate decision rationales to stakeholders.
• Use qualitative and quantitative signals to validate bets and adjust course.
• Advocate for the NLS vertical and drive its growth alongside the broader Preply strategy.
• Define success metrics for your area and iterate based on learnings.
